Recognizing Signs of
Depression
• Those suffering from depression can display symptoms
such as;
1. Feeling of worthlessness, guilt, or failure.
2.Becoming withdrawn or wanting to
participate in activities that once caused joy.
3.Loss of energy
4. Loss of appetite or increase in appetite
5. Weight gain or weight loss
6. Sleeping too much or not sleeping enough
Treatment
HELPING SOMEONE WHO MAY BE SEEING A DOCTOR AND CONSULTING TREATMENT CAN BE AS SERIOUS AS
WITH THEM WHAT KINDS OF ADMITTING THEMSELVES INTO A HOSPITAL
SUFFERING FROM DEPRESSION CAN FOR INTENSIVE TREATMENT. THIS CAN
BENEFIT FROM SOMEONE MEDICATIONS COULD HELP. INCLUDE ATTENDING COUNSELING AND
ACKNOWLEDGING IT. BEHAVIORALLY THERAPY.
