increase the chances of getting job by wording
and setting it carefully
Instructions..

 The first rule is: follow the directions given in the

advertisement. Supply all the information's correctly
requested in advertisement and do not go further.
 Quote the source of advertisement ( job pages of the daily
Jung).
 In many cases application is consist of two elements: a
covering letter, in which we state why we are writing in
which we give the details of our education , training and
relevant work experience. So keep these things short and to
the point.
Instructions..

 The c.v. is the place to strengthen your application by

mentioning the details that do not relate directly to the
job, such as sporting achievement or charity work.
 Be care full and do not give extraordinary emphasize to
these outside interests. And do not list anything trivial.
Instructions..

 Make a summary earlier of what you want to put into

your application.
 Keep two things always in your mind: what kind of
person the company is looking for, and what you have to
offer that corresponds to this.
 Find out as much as possible about the work and company
in which you are going to apply.
Instructions..

 This will make sure that you present yourself in a such

way that complete the requirements of the job.
 You have to sell yourself when applying for a job.
 You must not draw out the truth but stress on your strong
points. Your achievements, abilities, and potential, your
interest in and fitness for the job.
Instructions..

 Do not try to hide any clear shortcomings, such as

lack of experience or Qualifications .
 if you are applying for the job that will need working
at the computer then do not fail to explain that you can
type and a run a computer.
 Remember to list your more general acquirements,
things that an employer may want to know about such
that driving license or a competence in the first aid.
Instructions..

 Always type your c.v. yourself . It should look welcoming to

the reader, clear and neatly laid out.
 Always make sure that the spellings, grammar and punctuation
are correct.
Instructions..

 Always remember that the person processing your

application at this stage knows nothing about you
except what he or she write in application.
 Think about the personality of the company in which
you are applying. A local government department would
except a conventional application.
 Always keep the copies of your old c.v.s. These will
save you a great deal of time and effort when you next
apply for a job.
Instructions

 A c.v. should follow a fairly standard lay out. It should

be as long as and no longer than the perspective
employers want to know.
 You do not have to describe in details all the duties of
all your previous job. Give just enough to create
interest and suggest competence. Make sure you
mention anything special that will count in your favor.
 Do not stay into unfocused and generalized remarks
about your work.
 Do not give the details of about any family problems
or hard lucks.
Instructions..

 And again make sure that you set the c.v. Clearly and
neatly. Send it off only when you are satisfied with its
clean and fresh appearance . If it is badly damaged or
poorly photocopied, it will look like a hand-me -down
from a pervious application. This is not the impression
you want to create. Then please re-type it. And send it
only at that time you are satisfied with that……………
Instructions..

 For making eye-catching c.v. please follow these

instructions.
 A good c.v. increases the chances for getting job.
