My Experience
• I very much enjoyed the event and I’m glad that I went. I learned more about
human trafficking and how to spot victims of human trafficking, which will help
me in the future during my career in social work. I also was very impacted by the
speakers who were victims of human trafficking. They shared their experiences
and their trauma, which was very brave and further emphasized the need for
education on human trafficking to those in the helping field.
