Fossil fuels are the highest emitters of CO2 and form approximately 87% of the world’s energy consumption. But the
alarming part is that 80% of this consumption is of crude and coal which also emit sulphur and particulate matter.
India is already the third biggest emitter in the world only because of this reason.
CONCLUSION
It is of utmost importance in today’s world that renewable sources are used for consumption purpose. Not only is there a
need for renewable resources, but clean fuel needs to be used.
