Introduction

 In the developing countries we have seen a lot of crime happening at the

bridges and highways. Specially, during evening and midnight many
occurrence like- hijacks ,thefts, murders etc. are commonly taking place.

 To avoid those problems we have built an advanced security system By

implementing this system in the highways and bridges, primary steps can be
taken to resist a criminal or any sort of crime. As the data of each vehicle
owner should be recorded in the database previously, so when any information
of that vehicle owner is needed by the authority or police, it can be easily found
from the database to ease the process.

 Now a days there is a huge traffic in toll plazas to collect toll for that also we
design a system by RFID
Existing Method

 Considering the present toll collection system in India where each

vehicle has to stop and pay taxes.

 In highways there is a huge traffic to pay toll in toll plazas. it takes

more time to pass the vehicles.

 In India only some of highways are implemented with RFID

even though there is some problems are facing like vehicle theft,
hijacks etc.

Proposed Method

 The basic model of the system has been developed by using RFID system and
GSM module.

 Whenever a vehicle will enter the toll collection booth area, the reader will
immediately scan the tag and identify the type of that vehicle and deduct the
toll amount from the vehicle owner's prepaid based account.

 And the message will be sent to vehicle owner and he reply to system as ($S)
the gate will be opened

 If any other person driving the vehicle the message will received by owner and
he reply as ($N) The system will alert and horn the alarm and again system
sends a message as UNKNOWN PERSON USING
Results

The success rate of our demonstration was up to the mark . When a vehicle passed through
RFID booth, it was scanned instantly and notified via some LED's in the circuit. Initially
the LCD showed in the display 'no vehicle ... ... charge is 0 '.However, in case of vehicle
without proper RFID tag, the LCD display showed 'no tag present, use alternate path '.
Rather than truck for the other four types of vehicle (Lorry ,CNG , Car, Bus), it showed in
the LCD display the type of vehicle and the corresponding charge. However, a confirmation
text was received immediately to the phone number we had given in our system code.
