INSOMNIA
Explanation:

Insomnia is a condition where you feel so difficult to sleep or to sleep well. This
condition can be chronic so it makes you can’t sleep at all even when you want and try
to sleep. Insomnia mostly happen to the elderly due to their medical condition.

The Illness Cause:

1. Stress

2. Fear

3. Cafein, nicotine, alcohol

4. Medical condition

5. Medicines

The Common Things Happen to The People Who got This Illness:

1. Hard to sleep at night

2. Wake up in the midnight or wake up too early

3. Not feel fresh after sleep

4. Easily tired and sleepy in the afternoon.

How to cure Insomnia
When you get mild insomnia you can be cure by practicing good sleep habits
■ Try to go to sleep at the same time each night or each morning
■ Try not to play your mobile phone before sleep
■ Avoid cafein, nicotin, and alcohol
■ Do regular exercise
■ Don’t eat a heavy meal late in the day.
■ Make your bedroom comfortable
But when you get chronic insomnia you can do behavioural therapy
■ Relaxation exercise
■ Sleep restriction therapy
■ reconditioning
SLEEPWALKING
Explanation:
Sleepwalking is a disorder that causes people to get up and walk while they’re asleep. It
usually happens when a person is going from the deep stage of sleep to a lighter satge
or into the awake state. The sleepwalker can’t respond when they’re in sleepwalking
and usually doesn’t remember it. In some cases, they may talk and not make sense.
Sleepwalking mostly happens in childhood, typically between the ages of 4 and 8, but it
can also happen to the adults.

The Illness Cause:


■ Sleep deprived
■ Stressed
■ Drunk
■ Taking drugs such as sedative-hypnotics, neuroleptics, simulants, and
antihistamines
SLEEPWALKING

■ The common things happen to the people who got the sleepwalking:
Sometimes it’s dangerous, because they will do anything and walk
anywhere, even they will go out from their house.

■ How to cure sleepwalking:


Repairing your sleeping habit, control stress, try to positive thinking.
SLEEP PARALYSIS

■ Explanation:
is one of sleep disorder that the mechanism of the brain and body
becomes out of synchronic during sleep, so it will make you wake up, even
though the brain is not ready to wake up, so that the body is still half-conscious.
Therefore, you will feel a stiff body, difficult to breathe, unable to speak, and still
in the mind that flies.

■ Sleep Paralysis causes:


Less sleep, staying up late or sleeping late, stress, supine sleeping
position, bipolar disorder, side effects from consumption of certain drugs.
SLEEP PARALYSIS
■ How the Sleep Paralysis can be cured?
If you get sleep paralysis, you have to breathe well, try to force it to move, like
moving your finger / foot.
Or before you get it, you can prevent it by:
Getting sleep enough, praying first, don't drink alcohol, don't think too much, make
your room comfortable.

■ The Common Things Happen to The People Who got Sleep Paralysis:
People who get sleep paralysis, will be difficult to breathe, the body is stiff
and unable to speak. But it is not dangerous, it will be recover after a while.
