GALLERY WALK
 Objective
O At the end of the lesson, students are able
to :
O Identify main ideas from reading materials
and videos
O To extract relevant information from a text
on “A Healthy Lifestyle”
O Create a meaningful text by developing
paragraphs to write out a speech.
O Display ideas – “Gallery Walk”
 Activities ( Strategies )
• To watch a video on “ A Healthy Lifestyle”
• ii To divide the class into groups of 4 ( 20
students – 5 groups ).
• iii. Each group to identify the topic sentence.
• iv. Each student to generate at least 4 to 5
words related to the topic ( paste on “parking
lot”)
• v. Expand the notes into sentences and into
meaningful paragraphs using sentence
connectors.
 To use “Traffic Light Feedback to display :
They do not know / They are learning / They know
 To create a meaningful paragraphs from the
sentences formed from the phrases
( Notes pasted on the Parking lot – Group Work

iv. 3rd paragraph
v. 4th paragraph
vi. Closing paragraph
To write key words / short phrases / ideas / examples on
