Life

• Born in Budapest, Austria-Hungry on October 22, 1913


• Robert capa was a Hungarian war photographer and
photojournalists
• Born to a jewish family his mothers name is Julianaa Henrietta
Berkovits his dads name was Dezso Friedmann
• He moved to berlin as a teen for his college and he witnessed
the rise of Hitler which led him to move to Paris
Education
• Moved to berlin and enrolled in Berlin University
where he worked part-time as a darkroom assistant
for income and then became a staff photographer for
the German photographic agency

• Photographed the Chinese Resistance to
imperial Japan, 1938
• Photographed World War 2, Omaha beach,
1944
• First Indochina War and death, 1954
