With the survey of a sample of 20 people in the United States we can show

that the flowers most desired by our potential customers are roses and
carnations to give on special dates. For 80% of the respondents the three key
aspects that define the purchase are variety in type of flower, type of color
and price, 65% of the surveyed population finds out about flower
advertising through the internet and social networks for the purchase of this
product.
It can be evidenced that there are several business opportunities in the
United States market. The Colombian companies export their products in
order to diversify their market, improve their competitiveness and
positioning, make strategic alliances, get involved in the globalization of the
economy and generate greater profitability in international business.
However, to achieve this, it must know very well the policies that govern the
market to which they are going to export.
Whoever exports to the United States must compete with products and
services not only for its price, but also for quality, compliance and delivery
time. The United States offers a database for foreign trade where it provides
export promotions in that country.
With this work it was possible to solve the proposed objectives to know
the level of acceptance of the export market of flowers to the United
States, can be seen in the following graphs showing how often the
potential customers buy flowers, We can use an analysis of consumers,
not only to better understand the current customer base, but also, to
attract new audiences.
