The main purpose of this


investigation is to determine
the effect of temperature,
concentration, and time on the
action of potassium bisulphate
as a food preservative.
More specifically, this study will seek
to answer the following problems:

 How does concentration of potassium
bisulphate affect its action as food
preservative?
 How does time affect the action of potassium
