who rarely did physical activity only 56% said they had good sleep quality.
2. Heart Rate

 Heart rate at rest for those who diligently exercise is also less than those who

rarely exercise. This illustrates the response of the body, where those who

diligently exercise turns out at rest the body really - really responds to rest so that

the heart rate slows down.


3. Oxygen absorption

 Their bodies are diligent in exercising to absorb more oxygen so that

regeneration.

that those who like snacks and snacking still have a higher range to avoid
