A crime

A young wife is married to a husband who does not pay any attention
to her because he is an executive and too busy with his job.
An older man seduces her and invites her to spend a night with him in
his place, which is on the other side of the river.
At dawn, she tries to return to her house before her husband comes
back from a business trip. She has to cross a bridge, but is threaten by a
crazy man with a big knife.
She is scared and runs towards a boatman, who crosses people to the
other shore. She gets on his boat, but the man says she first needs to
pay the ticket to cross. She doesn’t have any money and begs him to
help her, but he says he will not take her unless she pays.
She then goes to the house of an old friend, who had been in love with
her. She tells him the entire story, and he is shocked that she has a
lover, and refuses to help her and give her any money.
Desperately, the woman runs back to the house of the lover, but he
ignores her and does not answer the door.
Once again, she goes back to the boatman, but he will not help her.
Finally, she decides to cross the bridge. The crazy man kills her.
ARGUMENT
Decide which of these characters is responsable for
the death of the young woman. You must number
them from 6 to 1, where 1 is the most responsable
of her death and 6 the least responsable.

Explain why you decided this by talking about the


responsabilities of each character in a
comprehensive and logical way, and by giving
reasons and evidence for your arguments.
