○ Affect people with reduced cell-
mediated immunity (pregnancy)

CLINICAL FEATURES
1/3 is asymptomatic
○ Flu-like symptoms
○ Fever

MANAGEMENTS
○ Diagnosed clinically and isolation from blood, vaginal swabs
○ Meconium stain liquor in preterm foetus may increase suspicion

○ Rx - IV ampicillin 2g QID
