Prosedur Kerja

Data pada tabel I menunjukkan bahwa Infusa akar sagu, seperti halnya kloramfenikol (kelompok kont
rol positif) memiliki efek anti bakteri pada kultur S. thypi in vitro, sedangkan
akuades (kelompok kontrol negatif group) tidak. Kloramfenikol yang digunakan adalah cakram stand
ar untuk kepentingan penelitian. Konsentrasi cakram tersebut adalah 30 µg.
