Jean-Baptiste Say: “An entrepreneur shifts


economic resources out of an area of lower
status and into an area of higher productivity
and greater yield.
Entrepreneurship is the special collection of skills
possessed by an entrepreneur . They include a
propensity to take risks over and above the
normal, and desire to create wealth.
