recommendable to drink one cup of
wine every meal because is good for
your heart.

We must care our mind. Is a
fundamental part of our body.
Includes our emotional, psychological,
and social well-being. It affects how we
think, feel, and act. It also helps
determine how we handle stress, relate
to others, and make choices.
Doing yoga or some exercises for relax.
Going out with your friends.
Finding new hobbies.
Refusing the toxic substances like
alcohol, tobacco or drugs.
Working but with a diary limit of hours.
Connecting with other people.
Helping to other people.
Emotional health is a state of positive
psychological functioning.

like: happiness, sadness, fear…

represents one feeling.
