 The definition of physical health is the

absence of illness.
 I think that is the most important health. I
think that if you haven’t this health is very
difficult that you have the other ones.
 Components: -Physical activity
-Nutrition and diet
-Medical self-care
-Rest and sleep
 Eating a lot of fruit and dried fruits.
 Saying no to the tobacco and drinking
alcohol without control. Is
recommendable to drink one cup of
wine every meal because is good for
your heart.
 Exercising everyday.
 Sleeping 8 hours or more.
 Being very hygienic.
 We must care our mind. Is a
fundamental part of our body.
 Includes our emotional, psychological,
and social well-being. It affects how we
think, feel, and act. It also helps
determine how we handle stress, relate
to others, and make choices.
 Doing yoga or some exercises for relax.
 Going out with your friends.
 Finding new hobbies.
 Refusing the toxic substances like
alcohol, tobacco or drugs.
 Working but with a diary limit of hours.
 Connecting with other people.
 Helping to other people.
 Emotional health is a state of positive
psychological functioning.
 It includes all the feelings that we feel
like: happiness, sadness, fear…
 The film Inside Out explain very good this
type of health, each character
represents one feeling.
 Being a optimistic person
 Making time for hobbies.
 Living life with a sense of purpose.
 Talking with other people.
