MS OneDrive

1. OneDrive, formally known as SkyDrive, was actually launched around eight years
ago.
2. OneDrive offers users a simple way to store, sync and share all kinds of files, with
other people and devices on the Web.
3. Office 365 users get 1TB of storage for each household member

4. The files stored in OneDrive can be accessed directly from a web browser or, if
you're using Windows 8.1 or Windows 10, directly from the operating system.
5. You can host any types of files on OneDrive, as long they are not bigger than 10 GB
each.

MS Outlook

1. Microsoft Outlook is used for emails and also personal management of information, and
is generally part of the Office suite of applications, although it can be purchased
separately as a single application.
2. Outlook is mostly used for storing, receiving and sending emails, it is called a personal
information management tool
3. Outlook can also be integrated with mobile devices
4. It has the usual features associated with email applications such as Inbox, Outbox,
Drafts and Deleted Items
5. The Contacts element of Outlook can store address, email and contact details of your
friends and family. Messages can also be sent directly from the contact list.

MS Office Apps: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
1. The online versions of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint work on all Internet capable devices
(desktops, laptops, mobile phones, tablets), thus allowing you to work anytime,

1. Microsoft OneNote is an easy-to-use note taking and information management program.


Its main purpose is to help users capture ideas and information in different digital
formats.
2. Users can easily access information, including, handwritten or typed notes, screen clips,
images, audio and video recordings
3. Think of Microsoft OneNote as a notebook composed of different sections, and with
each section you can create an unlimited amount of pages.
4. OneNote improves document accessibility.
5. In OneNote, you can share OneNote notebooks and its contents with anyone, even if
they don’t have the program installed — they can still view it.
