The

green
river
waterfall
 The waterfall of the green river better known as the pailon del
diablo is a tourist place that is located 30 minutes from the city of
Baños of the province of Tunguragua
 It is a popular tourist attraction because of the vegetation that
surrounds it and the rocks that divide the waterfall. It is approximately 80
meters high, and about 20 meters deep. It also has the most amazing
hand-carved bleachers in the world that lead to a gazebo with
splendid views.
 It also has bridges and stairs which connect the route to reach the end
of the waterfall
 Specifically in the Pailon del Diablo there are no habitants but many
people go there to enjoy nature
 The strange thing about this place is its name that has a somewhat
subreal explanation as local people tell that sometimes you can see
the face of this character outlined by the union of the water on the
rocks
 To reach the pavilion of the devil we would have to take a bus from
the terminal of Cunca to Ambato then another bus to Baños de
agua santa or to the parish of Rio Verde.
