BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY
 OBJECTIVES
 General Objectives
 To design a simple Automatic Speech
Recognition System to recognize any word from
the listed 20 words in Table 1.
 Specific Objectives
 To develop an algorithm for speech
analysis to extract speech features.
 To develop an algorithm for speech
recognition of any word from the listed
20 words in Table 1 and output the text
corresponding to the recognized word.
 To evaluate the system accuracy and
achieve at least 90%.
