A Cyber Library is a digital resource that replaces a traditional hard copy
library. Cyber libraries are becoming more common ways to make library
resource digital and enable more versatile access.
While Arts Center is distinct from an art gallery or art museum.
Also is a functional community center with an specific remit to encourage
arts practice and to provide facilities such as gallery space, venues for
musical performance, workshop areas, educational facilities, etc.
Abstract
The comparison between digital or cyber library and arts center may be
combined as a modern and meaningful design for the current era. The
need of modern information society has changed
