to be practical or else we might not be able to
control the appliances.

• Hence, best way to design the system
efficiently would be to implement both the
automated control and manual control
through switches at a time.
 Applications:
• We Can turn off appliances remotely.
• We Can be extended to smart home
automation system i.e. by including some
sensors and parameters.
• We can connect to internet and control the
home from another location.
 Advantages
• It helps the physically challenged and disable
people
• Controlled through one common device
• Fast enough to realize the true power of
wireless technology
• Replace television, air conditioner etc remotes
for sleep mode
• Smart home
 Disadvantages

 It can be used in a limited area(30ft=9.14m)

 It cannot repair easily
 Circuit complexity increases with number of
devics increased.
 Number of appliances that can be controlled
are limited.
