VOCABULARY WORDS

•Liquid
-have no definite shape but follow
the shape of their containers, have
the ability to flow, have taste and
smell.
• Gases
-have no size and shape, also take the
shape of their container, are colorless
and tasteless, and cannot be seen but
they can be perceived by the senses.

• Evaporation- process of changing liquid


into gas

Water , when heated increases its temperatures
It makes water change its form from liquid to
gas ( vapor) when it starts to boil.
You can observed that the amount of water
decreased after heating because some of the
water evaporated as vapor ( steam).
Water vapor is formed when liquid ( water ) is
changed to gas.
