Applications of IRIS IVDX IP PBX
Applications………
Multi-locational offices : With IP at the core and Coral’s feature rich
media gateways acting as remote switches, communication of entire
organisation can be controlled from one central location. A lot of
resources, such as Voice mail, CDR etc can be shared resulting in
reduced cost of ownership for the entire communication networks.

Mission Critical applications : IRIS-IVDX IP PBX has the option

of a disaster recovery (DR) server which can be located at
geographically distant location. This “DR server” takes over and
functions as a CPU when both main and HSB server at the principal
location fail. A very useful application for defense forces and
mission critical applications.
Applications………

Large and Medium Corporates : IRIS IVDX IP PBX allows you to

migrate from your current TDM environment to hybrid TDM/IP
environment seamlessly. With the option of Unified Messaging platform
you can manage your voice mails / e-mails and faxes from your
'customised user portal'. You also have an option of using hard and soft
phones which give you a variety of features at the touch of a button.

Railways : With main server at the HQ location and smaller media

GWs at every station, IRIS-IVDX IP PBX serves as a perfect IP
hybrid platform with pure soft switching environment at the HQ and
IP/TDM environment at stations, all controlled from a central
location.
Applications………

Call Centers: With built in ACD functionality and IRIS-IVDX IP PBX

ability to work on standard SIP protocols, the system behaves like a
well integrated solution with IP based predictive dialers / loggers and
CDR softwares available in the market.

Existing Coral Customers : If you are an existing customer of Coral

using our TDM based IRIS-IVDX, check with us to know, how you
can migrate to a IP environment while protecting your investment in
the legacy network. You could even migrate to have a “Fixed Mobile
Convergence” where your mobile phone will become an extension of
your office PBX as you walk into your office.
