education that is caused basically, poverty
and lack of the facilities on education.

modern world market it is necessary to
know not only foreign languages, but also
computers. We shall consider introduction
information technology and their influence
upon process of the formation in
Tajikistan.
Stating the problem

connecting economy, in Tajikistan has
occurred the significant drain of the skilled
personnel (frames) - is felt lack specialist,
both in sector telecommunication and
educational.
 Otto personnel from Tajikistan has formed
60% that was caused, basically, civil war. For
these years lack personnel completely was
not restored.
• The Priority national project "Formation" has
given the educational institutions broad
possibilities for use new technology in
scholastic process. Together with that, before
system of the formation has got up the
problem of the realignment of the scholastic
process to use effectively the new possibilities.
One of the main trends of the Federal target
program of the development of the formation is an
introduction new technology in educational
process.

The Tajik-with formation heads for more active

use the possibilities and resource to worldwide
network in purpose of the improvement quality
formation. The Decision of this task indissoluble is
connected with process of the creation qualitative
electronic educational resource
 The Sector of the formation is determined
in our Republic as priority, since formation
can is a facility of the increase the
economic possibilities of the people. For
this necessary to raise the quality of the
school buildings, qualification of the
teachers, as well as equipment, used in
process of the education.
 Use IKT in different educational course will
allow to increase the possibility both
teachers and student
