WPS CONNECTION METHOD TO
FIX CANON IJ SETUP
• A physical WPS push button must be accessible for the access point. Please
search for information with the user manual for your device. Please use the
directions in the Standard Connection Method section if the WPS push button
is not accessible.
• The WPA (Wi-Fi Protected Access) or WPA2 safety protocol must be used by
your network. Most access points enabled by WPS use this protocol
• Make sure that the Printer is on.
• Press and hold the [ Wi-Fi ] button at the top of the printer until the orange
alarm lamp flashes and releases it once.
• Make sure the Wi-Fi button begins to flash red and then click the [ WPS ]
button within 2 minutes to your access point.
