A. FALSE STORY OF MURDER CRAKE BY

DNA TEST OF FELONIOUS CRIMINAL
 A CASE OF MURDER WAS REGISTERED AT HALENA POLICE STATION OF
BHARATPUR DISTRICT. IN FIR IT WAS TOLD THAT A LADY WAS MURDERED AND
BODY WAS NOT FOUND AT HER BED ROOM , ONLY BLOOD WAS FOUND AT
GADDA ONLY.
 DURING INVESTIGATION ON SEROLOGICAL EXAMINATION THE BLOOD GROUP
ON GADDA WAS FOUND “ A “ WHICH MATCHES WITH THAT LADYS BLOOD
GROUP.
 THE PARENTS OF THAT LADY ALLIGATE THAT HER INLAWS MURDERED THEIR
DAUGHTER AND DISPOSED OFF BODY .
 POLICE DECIDE FOR DNA TEST, AND SEND BLOOD
STAINED GADDA AND CONTROL BLOOD SAMPLES OF
THAT LADY'S PARENTS IN THE DNA LABORATORY FOR
IDENTIFICATION.

 ON DNA TEST, MALE DNA PROFILE WAS OBTAINED FROM

BLOOD STAINS ON GADDA , THIS RESULT CHANGE THE
ENTIRE DIRECTION OF INVETIGATION .

 AFTER DNA EXAMINATION REPORT POLICE INVESTIGATE

IN NEW DIRECTION AND A SUSPECT WAS CAUGHT WHO
WAS THE LOVER OF THAT LADY .

 HE PLANNED TO MAKE FALSE STORY OF MURDER OF

HIS LOVER , FOR THIS HE BROUGHT BLOOD OF “A”
GROUP (HE KNOW THE BLOOD GROUP OF THAT LADY)
FROM BLOOD BANK, AND THAT BLOOD WAS SPREAD ON
GADDA AND RAN WITH HIS LOVER.
LATER ON THE EMPTY POUCH OF BLOOD WAS
RECOVERED BY POLICE IN THE NEARBY.

THAT LADY WAS ALSO CAUGHT BY POLICE AT

BULAND SHAHAR AFTER SOME DAYS

 THUS THE DNA REPORT CRAKE THE FALSE

STORY OF MURDER AND GIVE EVIDENTIAL
SUPPORT TO INNOCENT INLAWS .
 B. A PERSON IDENTIFIED FROM STOMACH
CONTENTS OF MAN EATER LEOPARD

 A person was eaten by leopard in Sariska Tiger Reserve ,

Alwar. Angry villagers put fire in the cave , due to
suffocation leopard died and during the Post mortem of
leopard , stomach contents (undigested food) was
collected for DNA test.
 A person was identified by DNA test from ingesta
(undigested food) of leopard.
 Otherwise villagers may booked in wildlife protection Act.
 Thus DNA technology play important role in identification .
 C. Single hair recovered from body ofdeceased,
change the case of suicide to Murder
 A case was registered at Police station Chhipabarod, Distt-
Baran. During investigation case goes in suicide category , Police
called mobile Forensic team for the help in investigation.

 Crime spot was thoroughly examined by forensic team , which

found some struggle marks and also found a single hair on the
body of deceased.

 That recovered hair was sent for DNA test along with one
suspect’s blood sample.

 Hair was matched with suspect’s DNA and thus criminal

identified.

Murder
 D. DNA TEST NOT ONLY LINK THE CRIMINALS
TO CRIME BUT ALSO SAVED THE INNOCENT

 A rape case was registered at Police station

Jurhara, Distt- Bharatpur. In FIR two person were
alleged in which one person belong to Police.

Some influenced persons alligate that police was not

investigating properly .

Case was sent for DNA examination in which police

person was excluded as possible contributor in
rape case.

Thus DNA test also helpful in saving innocent

 E. BLOOD STAINS ON STONE TELLS THE WHOLE
STORY OF KIDNAPPING AND MURDER OF CHILD

 A case of kidnapping for ransom was registered at Police

station Kotwali , Distt- Kaurali.

 Kidnapper killed the child under pressure of Police and

thrown the body in dense forest of langra. During
investigation body was not recovered but blood stains
found on stone pieces and some hairs reveals the truth.
 These samples along with control blood sample of parent
were sent for DNA test , in which DNA profile obtained from
stone pieces and hair was matching with parents blood.
 Thus in this case blood stains tells whole story of
kidnapping and murder of a child.
