Job Analysis of HR Manager
 Job Summary :
 Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates
and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations and
employee relations.

 Tasks and Duties:


 Serve as a link between management and employees by handling
questions, interpreting and administering contracts.
 Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies.
 Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude
toward organizational objectives.
 Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.
 Education:
 Bachelors Degree in Human Resource, business, or a related
field required.
 Masters in Business or Human Resource Management or a
related field preferred.
 Experience:
 7-10 years of progressively moral responsible position in
human resource, preferably in a similar industry in two
different firms.
 Experience supervising and managing professional staff.
