FIRE EXTINGUISHER
It is a portable device that discharges a jet of water,
foam, gas, or other material to extinguish a fire.
Types of Fire Extinguishers
The 4 most common types of fire extinguishers are:
1.Water
2.Mechanical Foam
3.Carbon Dioxide (CO2)
4.Dry Chemical powder

RULES FOR FIGHTING FIRE
Fire can be very dangerous and you should always be certain that will not
endanger yourself or others when attempting to put out a fire
For the reason, when fire is discovered …..
•Assist any person in immediate danger to safety , if it can be accomplished
without risk to your self
•Call 101 or activate the building fire alarm.
If the fire is small (and only after having done these 2 things) you may attempt
to use an extinguisher put it out
Do not fight the fire if….
•You don’t have adequate or appropriate equipment
•You might inhale toxic smoke
•Your instincts tell you not to
Final rule
•The final rule is to always position yourself with an exit or means of escape
at your back before you attempt to use an extinguisher to put out a fire
•In case the extinguisher malfunction ,or something unexpected happen you
need to be able to get out quickly
