     On 26th Oct 1962 China attacked on India

     Emergency applied on the ground of External


    Aggression

     LoS & MoP are arrested


     Pakistan attacked on India
     On 3rd December 1971, Emergency is applied
    on the ground of WAR.
     Central government misused their power.
     Due to this
    - Huge Custodial death
    - Enncounters
     On 25th June on the Ground of Internal
    Disturbance
     On June 1975, Allahbad H.C. caught PM Indira
    Gandhi guilty for corrupt practices in election
    petition.
     On the night of 25th June 1975 she proclaimed
    Emergency
     Under this emergency
    - Opponents are arrested
    - Slum clearence
    -family planning
