“STEPS TO EXPORT”
STEP NUMBER 1
• The exporter prepares the necessary documents before
shipment: necessary documents for shipment and
authorizations of the competent entities, respectively.
STEP NUMBER 2
• The exporter coordinates the Booking request with its freight
agent or shipping line, as appropriate.
STEP NUMBER 3
• The exporter coordinates with his freight agent or shipping line
and the customs agent for the temporary deposit.
STEP NUMBER 4
• The customs dispatcher electronically transmits the provisional
data information contained in the Customs Declaration of
Goods to the customs office of dispatch.
STEP NUMBER 5
• With the Booking, the customs agent summons or coordinates
with the carrier the removal of the empty container.
STEP NUMBER 6
• El transportista recoge y traslada el contenedor en el depósito

• The exporter delivers the sender referral guide to the carrier, the
carrier delivers the referral guide.
STEP NUMBER 8
• Filling the container and seal it at the exporter's premises, seal
provided by the customs agent
