PIZZA HAWAIIAN
Ingredients for a Hawaiian pizza:

•Cheese
 Ingredients for the dough:
• 1 pound of Wheat Flour
• 1 spoon of sugar
• 1 tablespoon instant dry yeast
• 4 spoons of oil
• 1 and ½ cup of warm water
•Natural pineapple • 1 tablespoon of salt

 Ingredients for Sauce:


• 1 white onion
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 1 jar of tomato paste
•Cooked ham
• 1 cup of water
• 1 spoon of sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
•Preparation:
•Chop the pineapple into small squares
•Slicing the ham in small squares
•Grate the cheese
•Prepare the dough
- In a bowl, mix the wheat flour with the salt. Apart dissolve the yeast with the sugar in the warm water taking
care that it is not too hot so that the yeast does not become inactive. Add this mixture to the Crown Wheat
Flour and add the oil. Knead for about 10 minutes until the dough does not feel sticky. If necessary, add a little
more Crown Wheat Flour to achieve consistency.

- Cover the container and let the dough grow to the environment until it doubles its volume, approximately for
1 hour. After this time, spread the dough with the help of a rolling pin on a metal tray or in a pan (to cook on a
stove) and make small holes with a fork so that it does not sponge.

•Prepare the sauce


- Sauté finely chopped onion and garlic in a pot with oil. Add tomato paste, water, sugar and salt. Cook for 15
minutes over low heat after boiling.
Arm and Cook:

 Put a portion of the sauce on the extended and raw dough and spread it
very well, add grated cheese, three slices of diced ham and diced
pineapple. Bake at 350 ° F (180 ° C) for 30 minutes or until the dough looks
well baked. If you are going to cook on a stove, use a large thick-bottomed
pan with a lid. Cook on low on a grill for 45 minutes.

 The pizza is for 8 people and it took about 2 hours to prepare
