1. Log on/log out-Đăng nhập và thoát khỏi hệ thống AX
chung o Start > Remote desktop connection >
 Đăng nhập hê
Gõ địa chỉ IP tại Computer: 10.1 > Nhấp
thống - Log Connect.
on o Tại cửa sổ Windows Security, người sử
dụng đăng nhập như sau.
 Thoát khỏi

1 User name XXXXX Nhập mã tài khoản đăng nhập

o Để thoát khỏi hệ thống, User cấn
3 OK > Yes   Nhấp ok xong nhấp Yes đóng tất cả các màn hình AX đang
mở.
o Sau đó nhấp vào Start > Sign out
để khỏi server.

1. Tại giao diện AX đang mở, khi
muốn mở thêm 1 màn hình khác
thì double click vào Current
company button (tại góc phải
bên dưới giao diện)
2. Xác định company muốn mở.
3. Nhấp vào New workspace nếu
muốn mở thêm màn hình mới và
vẫn giữ màn hình cũ.
4. Nhấp vào OK nếu muốn mở màn
hình mới và đóng màn hình cũ.

4. Filter data-Hỗ trợ, tìm kiếm giá trị mong muốn.

o Sử dụng phím tắt Ctrl + G trên bất kỳ màn hình đang
mở, sau đó nhập giá trị cần tìm.
1. Truy câp vao môt chưc năng

o Ví dụ: Tìm hóa đơn liên quan đến Đơn hàng, chỉ cần gõ
PO*01 vào field Purchase Order cần tìm giá trị và gõ
phím Enter => Giá trị cần tìm sẽ được lọc ra và hiển
thị.
