This country is bordered to the north by the North Sea, Denmark and the
Baltic Sea, to the east by Poland and the Czech Republic, to the south by
the countries of Austria and Switzerland, and to the west by France,
Luxembourg, Belgium and the Netherlands.
Germany is a large country whose territory covers some 357,376
square kilometers, territory that is divided into 16 federated
states counting its capital, the city of Berlin. Germany has a total
population of approximately 82.67 million inhabitants, which places
this country as the largest population of those belonging to the
European Union.
Berlin.
The city of Berlin is the capital of the German state and is located on
the northeast side of the country, has a population of approximately
3.5 million inhabitants which makes it the most populous city in
Germany.
Frankfurt.
Frankfurt is one of the most dynamic and busiest cities in Europe; it has a great
air connection that connects it with the main European cities, while by land, it is
possible to go from it by train to other German cities.
