• 1. Linkin park is an American alternative rock band, derived from California
that was combined in 1996
• 2. The current group was formed: Mike Shinoda, Dave Farrell, Joe Hann, Brad
Delson, Rob Bourdon and Mark Wakefield, who was the lead vocal
• 3. The band performs their first musical works independently that same year
and then records in their first material called XERO
• 4. However, this album did not succeed because no record label was
interested in them and this led to Mark's departure,
• 5. Shortly after Chester Beninngton joins the band as a vocalist

• They make their first presentation at a Los Angeles club. In 1999 they
managed to sign with the Warner bros record label. Records
• in the year 2000 they release their first album called HYBRID THEORY

• After this they released the album METEORA
• 2006 - 2008 release their third studio album called MINUTES TO MIDNIGHT
• In 2010 they launch A THOUSAND SUNS
• His last album was ONE MORE LIGHT in 2016, publishing his first single in
February 2017 HEAVI
• On July 2 Chester Bennigton commits suicide at his home in green sticks in
Los Angeles.
• on August 22 they perform a concert in honor of Chester.
