Risk-Mitigation Methodology:
• Techlogix mitigated the risk of offshore through features of RTR (Real Time
Results) methodology.
1. RTR Vault: Maintained current code and documentation library onshore,
Direct access to customer.
2. RTR Access: Maintained project information accessible through secure
web portal
3. RTR Global Meet: Client schedule global audio/video conferencing with
offshore project team.
• Allowed to deliver projects within similar delivery windows (90-120 days).
• Allowed to deliver products for fixed price, less than its competitors.
