Background of the study

In Marilog area the Researcher found out some studies are lack of financial to buy
medicine to deworm the chicken . the researcher conduct this research to find
another way to deworming the chicken.
In addition the researchers observed that most of the farmers use a synthetic
medicine to are the chicken so that the researchers decided to conduct this study
to help the farmers and also to the school find away to cure a chicken with out
using a synthetic chemical and also to lessen the expenses.
More over this research suit to every farmers because the raw materials is available
in surroundings . and the synthetic chemical that may affect the growth of the
chicken.
The researchers nurturing chicken with a proper way of providing medicines. Just
like bunga or nganga is better that a feeding it with synthetic medicine.

The researchers conduct this research because the researchers observe that most
of the chicken die the problem is they do not know what is the reason. So that the
researchers conduct this research the effects of dewormed bunga or nganga to

Statement of The Problem:

 The study determine effect of bunga or nga-nga in the deworming

especially, The study covers the following objects:

1.In the beginning what is the average weight of the chicken dewormed by
Bunga or nga-nga and the chicken with out bunga or nga-nga?

2.What is the average weight of the chicken with out bunga or nga-nga before
twenty-days?

3.What is the average weight of the chicken dewormed by bunga or nga-nga

after twenty-days ?

4.What is the average weight of the chicken before conducting the

experiment?
HYPOTHESIS:

 The following hypothesis will be tested at 0.05 level significance.

HO1- There is no significant difference in the weight of the chicken in

control and experimental group.

HO2- Deworming bunga or nga-nga does not enhance the weight of the
chicken.
Significance of The Study:

 Deworming chicken by using bunga or nga-nga is effective. The

researcher believe that the result will benefit the following students,
Farmers, Community.

Student. In Marilog High School of Agriculture will benefits in this

research give the idea that the chemical method is harmful to the chicken.

Farmer. This study will help to solve the financial of the farmers.
Instead of buying chemical medicine there are a easy way to dewormed
the chicken.

Community. Its useful to our community because this materials is

organic medicine and not chemical medicine.
Definition of Terms:

 For clarification and understanding of the different terms used in this study
the following the following are defined:
 Bunga or nga-nga. It is a plant use in dewormed the chicken.
 Synthetic Chemical. It is chemical method to dewormed the chicken.
 Farmers. There will be the one the product.
 Deworming. The raw materials of this medicines is organic agriculture.
 Chicken. This animal can be acceptable to take organic deworming.
 Alternative ways. It is a easy way to dewormed the chicken.
Research Design

 The study make use of an experimental research the data gathered

were coming the result of monitoring for the duration of the experimental is
use to determine the effect of deworming by using bunga or nga-nga to
the chicken
The study consist of two group which are experimental and control. The
experimental group is the chicken deworm by bunga or nga-nga in the
control group was chicken without deworm by bunga or nga-nga but only the
experimental group was received the treatment by means of the the problem
set given by the researcher.
Local Of The Study

 This study will conduct in Marilog area 2019-2020. In Marilog area so many
poultry house and farmers some of these are using of chemical method
instead of using alternative ways.

Research Respondents
The respondents of this study the chicken

SAMPLING PROCEDURE
Complete enumeration will be use in the selection of the research
subject. It means that ball the chicken will be assigned as the research
subject. The study will be using the two sections of chickens one section will be
assign as the “Experimental group” and the other section will be the control
“Control group” Every group consist of six chicken.
RESEARCH INSTRUMENT

 The reseachers will be use of checklist. The checklist will be validated by the
experts teachers in the field.
DATA GATHERING PROCEDURES

 The following steps will be observed in the conduct of the study. First the
researchers will ask permission to the principal office. Second the
researchers will ask permission to the subject teacher . Third conduct the
experiment. Last procedure gather all the result.
DATA ANALYSIS

 The following statistical tool applied in quantitatively describing and

interpreting the result of this study .
 Mean. This will be used of chickens after the experimentation in
experimental group and the control group.
 T-Test for independent sample.
 T-Test for the paid sample.
Analysis of covariance (ANCOVA). This is the inclusion of a continuous variable
in addition to the variable of interest (I . E , The dependent and independent
variable) as means for control. ANCOVA model includes a “covariate” that is
correlated with the dependent variable and means on the dependent
variable are adjusted due to the effects covariate has on it.
