 The introduction
 The overview
 The body
 The ending
The introduction

 At least, the introduction should introduce the


subject of your presentation.
 Depending on the situation, add one or more of
the following:
1. Give the audience a reason to listen
2. Provide background information
3. Narrow the topic
The introduction

 Example:
Today I’m going to tell you about the
dangerous of HIV. HIV infects about 0.6% of
the world's population.
The introduction

 Example:
Today I’m going to tell you about the condition
of the patient in Dahlia room. As you probably
know, the number of accident has increase
recently, and this patient is the victim of it.
The overview

 The overview provides a preview of your


presentation.
 It is done by explaining the structure of your
presentation
The overview

 Example:
1. First, I’m going to describe the data
assessment of the patient.
2. Second, I’ll show you the analysis of the data.
3. After that, I’ll describe the intervention we
made.
4. Finally, I’ll conclude the patient’s condition.
The Body

 The main content of the presentation.


 It should be organized logically to match the
overall purpose of the presentation
The ending

 It reviews the information and ideas that were


presented. (Summary)
 It restates the main purpose of the presentation
which was stated in the introduction.
(conclusion)

 Example:
1. As you can see, this patient got traumatic
experience on his head. I’m sure that this
patient needs an intensive care.
