EVALUATION
Evaluation is an action to assess or measure the impact (to decide
the value of) a situation, event, planned and implemented during the
process of extension activities.
Extension programmes are evaluated to:
a. as certain for the extension organization how well extension agents
perform
b. satisfy the government on agriculture program is being used
effectively
c. permit the agent to learn from what has happened
VALID and RELIABLE
• Validity measures whether the extent of a test claim to measure is
reached.
• Reliability refers to the extent to which measurement results,
calculations, or specifications can depend on the accuracy or
consistency of program.
