• The Reproductive Health Law, or popularly
known as RH bill, are Philippine Bills aiming to
guarantee universal access to methods and
information on birth control and maternal
care using contraceptives

• RH bill was implemented due to over


population and early pregnancy. Philippine
government undertake widespread
distribution of family planning
• Republic Act No. 10354, was
responsible parenthood and
reproductive health signed by former
President Benigno Aquino III

BODY SECTION
 According to Dr. Deane Campo,
contraceptives is not 100% sure that the
women will not get pregnant.
 Not all women are not comfortable by taking
those contraceptives.
 “Aside of implementing such as training
programs, vocational skills and scholarships for
the poor, our government failed to manage
our fellow citizens properly” ( Rep. Mitos
Magsaysay)
 Education is the ultimate solution” ( Pro. Aliza
