Elon Reeve Musk, was born in Pretoria in 1971. It’s a
South African entrepreneur, inventor and philanthropist
with Canadian citizenship, naturalised in the USA.
He is famous for his incredible entrepreneurial qualities
that led him to be currently the CEO of SpaceX, Tesla and
Neuralink. He’s also the president of SolarCity, of his many
revolutionary projects like Hyperloop, that we will talk
about later.
His life

Born in South Africa, Musk was so interested in Commodore VIC-20 as a

young man, so much that he learned to programming by himself, selling the code
of his first video game in Basic for about $ 500 just at 12.
After finishing school, he decided to leave home and to not attend at the
Pretoria College like his dad wanted and he moved to his mother in Canada.
His school career stopped to pursue his business projects, after obtaining a 2nd
level degree and having attended numerous colleges without obtaining a real
degree.
His career

The most important projects that gave Elon Musk the popularity he has
nowadays are:
- Creation and sell of PayPal;
- Investment of 1.5 Billion dollars (that was his personal asset after the sell
of PayPal) in SpaceX, Tesla e SolarCity.
