 Entrepreneurs are innovative, they do not stop
with the products that they currently have, but
think more ways to improve their products and
create new ones that cater the needs of the
consumers.

 Entrepreneurs should create new products or


they should improve their products to introduce
to the consumers.
Entrepreneursshould improve their
products day by day to become
successful.

 Being agent of change also means


that entrepreneurs are risk-takers in
such a way that they expand the
range of their products and think of
ways that will benefit the consumers
more.
Situations:
1. An ice cream shop owner noticed
that the consumers are bored with
the ice cream flavors, she is selling
namely vanilla, chocolate and mango.
In order to boost the sales she came
up with the new flavors spicy vanilla,
salty chocolate and peach mango ice
cream.
2. For the past years, almost the same
cars are being manufactured and sold
to the market. So Audi thought of a
way to modernized their models.
They started manufacturing a car
that does not use fuel but uses a
very efficient and long-lasting battery.
3. Since the technology industry have
been producing cellular phones with
world class cameras. Nokia decided
to come up with the phone that
features a camera that has a
megapixel that is higher than
professional cameras both in the
front and back cameras.

COMMUNICATORS
 Entrepreneur seek the ideas and opinions of
others and as well as share his own opinion in
order to have collaborative working and avoid
any conflicts.

A good entrepreneur knows how to use


different platforms in order to advertise their
products and services, and not just stick and
settle to one platform.
Situations:
1. A company used the social
media to conduct survey on
what product is more
popular and more likely to
be bought by the
consumers.
2. The CEO conducted a
board meeting to ask the
opinion of the board
members on what service
they should offer next to the
consumers.
3. Johnson’s conducted a trial
and error process for a few
times, taking note on the
suggestions and criticisms of
consumers on their products
in order to improve.
