Laboratory
Jengkol acid crystals in urine sediment.
Treatment Principle: dissolve jengkol acid crystals chemically
or mechanically (pH 8.5).
If light : drink a lot, bicnat 3x2 tablets, spasmolytic.

1. anuria: 5% dextrose infusion as much as insensible loss +
meylon 3.5% 250cc for BB 70 kg every 6 hours.

Install the catheter while spraying meylon (bicnat).

Prevention
Boil jengkol fruit with soda or water until it boils
for 10 minutes.
