Make sure your clothes are suitable for
your activities

No sandals for sports

No jewellery for sports
Guidelines outside on Notice Board
 LAUNDRY
Laundry is done every Monday and Friday
Laundry will be collected on Sunday and Thursday
evening
Bed sheets will be washed on Wednesday.
Leave them outside your door on Wednesday morning.

 No phones in lessons or
activities, or in the dining
room.
Breaks after lunch and
before dinner are a good
time to call.
If you are having trouble
with your mobile, speak to
Áine or Alice in the office

 Staff will wake you up in the
morning at 7am
Meet downstairs at 7.45am for
breakfast.

You need to start getting ready

for bed at 10pm.
No showers after 10.15pm.
Staff will make sure you are in
WAKE UP AND BEDTIME beds with the lights off at
10.30pm.
