What it is?

Wrike is designed around a minimalist multi-pane UI

and consists of features in two categories: project
management, and team collaboration. Project
Management features are those which help teams
track dates and dependencies associated with
projects, manage assignments and resources, and
track time.

Wrike
is a flexible project management
tool that facilitates collaboration
for project teams. You can create
detailed project plans with
dependencies, milestones, track
progress, etc. It’s a great feature
that you can comment back and
forth within your project plan. This
helps build context within your
project, without having to leave
the tool.
vs
Slack
is a persistent chat solution that’s
broader in scope. You can create
channels for anything. Such as for
projects, teams, company
announcements, help desk, water
cooler chat, etc. Slack is really
meant to feel like you’re all in the
same room(s) together. Slack
cannot plan, schedule or track
project tasks and assignments.
