COURSE DESCRIPTION
1. Innovation has become the main theme of
competition. 2. This course provides a framework for managing innovations in businesses. 3. It aims to equip students with an understanding of the principals and main issues in innovation management. COURSE GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
By the end of the course, students should be able to:
1. ¨Understand the definitions and concepts of innovation and why it became imperative in today’s business environment. 2. Understand the sources and types of innovation. 3.
