1. STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
Stakeholder management would help to harness positive influences and
minimize the effect of negative influences. It comprises four main steps,
which are:
1. Identify stakeholders
2. Stakeholder analysis (based on power and interest)
3. Communication plan
4. Engage or influence

2. SCHEDULE MANAGEMENT
Project scope defines both the goal and the activities of the projects to be
performed. It further requires using of schedule management to appropriately guide
the project.

When it comes to schedule management, it always about making the gantt chart of
the project. There are time arrangement of each specific work is conducted clearly
and sequentially, each work has its duration.

3. PROCUREMENT
Procurement is more than just managing spend for structured process.
Procurement adds value. It match the needs of the organization to what the
supply market can provide and vice versa developing the supply market to
meet the needs of organization about influencing and negotiating, building
relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.

4. RISK MANAGEMENT
Risk covers all the life-cycle of procurement and should be considered,
mitigated or resolved in every decisions across the procurement process. As
risks are inherent in every project, risk management is now widely accepted
in the project management as a significant procedure. It intends to recognize
and manage the events that may occur potentially during implement stage.

1. Process boundaries: It describes what the purpose of the process is. It also
describes the start and end of a particular process as well as the outputs, inputs,
stakeholders and other necessary information to being the process.
2. Process configuration: it refers to the graphic depiction of the processes. It is
used to help facilitate analysis.
3. Process metrics: This allows the analysis of the efficiency of the processes. It
also includes the use of control limits.
4. Targets for improved performance: This guides the improvement activities of
the processes.

The explanation of the project management techniques is very great because it
