requires for not being dissatisfied.Without the above
the employee will get dissatisfied.

 it must be realized that all employees do not fall into one


category all the time.It is possible to motivate every
employee to work for the organizational
goals.However,the time taken to motivate each person
depends on his current level of motivation.It is important
to realize that each person develops certain attitudes
depending on his /her background.
