HOW WELL DO CHILDHOOD

VACCINJES PREVENT
DISEASE????
VACCINES FOR A DISEASE ARE THE DEAD OR WEAKENED FORMS OF THE
SAME GERMS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE ACTUAL DISEASE.
USES OF THE VACCINES
• Vaccines for a disease are the dead or weakened forms of the same germs that would cause the actual
disease. When ingested in the body, these germs almost always stops the disease from occurring every
to the vaccinated person. Vaccines are quite effective at preventing diseases once they have taken in
childhood.

Vaccines given to children are very effective at preventing the

disease even when they grow up. In-born immunity and
developed immunity start for life in almost all cases of
vaccinated children. As a matter of fact, only roughly 1 to 5
percent of the children, who have been vaccinated, have failed
to become immune to the disease for which they received the
vaccine.
Vaccines given to children have shown a staggering
efficiency when it comes to the particular diseases
even when they have grown up. For instance, after a
single shot of the vaccine for measles, 95% of the
children will become immune to the disease forever.
However, after the completion of the vaccination
course of three total shots, 100% of the children
have been rendered totally immune to measles.
Many extensive researches have been carried out in the
field of vaccination. It had been largely concluded that
childhood vaccines are effective for the whole life in
almost all cases. It’s been observed that after vaccines
taken during childhood, the person would be immune to
over approximately three hundred and twenty two
million illnesses all throughout his/her life. This is
equivalent to almost twenty one million hospitalization
cases all over the world. This cuts down the mortality
rate by a significant amount, as around seven hundred
and thirty two thousand deaths have been theoretically
prevented by childhood vaccines, effective throughout
the lifespan of the person
 A major proof for the conclusion that childhood vaccines
are effective throughout the life of the person is the
increased overall health of the society in total. Whooping
cough, measles, polio have germs that are around us even
today. But since babies are being vaccinated for quite a few
generations now, these diseases are not very common
anymore. This again is another proof of the fact that
childhood vaccines retain their efficiency for life.

 Even though it’s not realistic to be monitoring children who

have been vaccinated to a greater age for long term effects,
there are more than enough proofs to consolidate the fact
that childhood vaccines prevent disease very efficiently
