CAUSES OF CYBERBULLYING
 Socially active people bully other people; it makes them feel powerful
as it is also a way to maintain their popularity.
 Socially inactive people may bully other people as it is a chance to fit
in and to prove that they are not weak and that they are compatible
with their surroundings.
 Revenge motivated.
 To boost egos.
 Harass others to entertain themselves and their friends who might also
a bully for a chance not scared of getting caught.
CAUSES OF CYBERBULLYING

 Attention is what some people want.


 Some are suffering from family conflict.
 Most are starving for the recognition of being powerful figures.
 Being an arrogant.
 Some do it because the people around them are doing it as well.

BULLIES ?
LACK OF EMPATHY– Cyberbullies cannot see the
pain they cause and thus cannot imagine the turmoil they
put their victim through.
THEY FEEL THE VICTIM DESERVE IT–
Insecurities are a major factor in bullying and pupils try to
put their peers down to feel superior.
WHAT MOTIVATES CYBER
BULLIES?
BOREDOM BECOMES PAIN– There's no
denying that cyber bullies get a sort of kick out of
targeting others online.
SELF-LOATHING– Virtual bullying is a
perpetuating cycle of anger. Therefore, the problem
continues to cycle and gets worse each time.

 80% of teenager aged 13 to 16 have been cyberbullied through social media,
according to a 2015 survey by-child-care nonprofit Stairway Foundation Inc.
The survey, the results of which were released wednesday, was the second
study carried of by SFI" to address a gap in data concerning Child Online
Protection (COP) in the Philippines.
 60% of their counterparts in the 7 to 12 age bracket suffered the same
abuse.
