 How to produce the right sound:
 Cover the holes flatly with your fingers
 Blow gently the mouthpiece to produce
the notes of the FIRST OCTAVE.
 Blow hardly the mouthpiece to produce
a higher pitch for the SECOND
OCTAVE.
 When the hole is half-covered you’ll
producing a SHARP or FLAT NOTE.
 Techniques in playing the bamboo
flute:
Memorize the correct way of
blowing.
Proper finger positions.
Proper way of covering the
holes.
Memorize the notes or letter
names in every hole.
